Every now and again, we all need a pick-me-up. One key way to do this is shower yourself with affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements you tell yourself that reset your energy and help you focus. You can say them to yourself, make them your phone wallpaper, or put them on a mirror so you see them all the time. We’ve compiled 20 good ones to get you started.
